Discover2Dream:

A record label by women for women

Who We Are

We are a boutique record label that puts artists at the centre of everything we do. D2D records was founded by Serena Kern-Libera, a musician and lawyer, as a way of supporting and nurturing other young emerging female artists.

At D2D records, we provide a platform and mentoring for artists, helping you get your music heard!

Serena Kern-Libera

Founder of D2D Records, Serena is an artist in her own right (stage name Segiri). She set up D2D records as a social enterprise aimed at marrying her love of music with her legal and business background.

Aside from her day job in international trade, Serena is involved in multiple initiatives promoting education, diversity of thought and women.

In 2019, Serena founded a London-based initiative called Discover2Dream, aimed at raising the career aspirations of school students in the UK. Serena is also a director of the Small Countries Financial Management Centre, a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting the growth and prosperity of small countries. She also serves as Governor of Islington Futures Federation, supporting schools in developing new strategies aimed at bolstering diversity. In addition, Serena was recently elected to the board of SkillSonics AG, a Swiss social enterprise aimed at upskilling workforces in developing nations including India.

In 2020, she won the prestigious Asian Women of Achievement Award, which recognises the contribution of Asian women to businesses and communities in the UK.
